Fixed Fees for Everyday Legal Matters Across Queensland

At Trevor Hauff Lawyers we quote fixed fees upfront, so you know what your matter will cost before we start.

All fees below are our professional fees and are plus GST. Disbursements such as searches, filing and registration fees, and government charges such as transfer duty, are additional. We will confirm your fixed fee and estimated disbursements in writing before any work begins.

We act for clients in Port Douglas, Brisbane and across Queensland.

If your matter is more complex than a standard one, we will tell you before we start and give you a fixed quote.

Property, Wills & Advice

  • Residential conveyancing (buying or selling) – $1,200

  • Lease review – $650

  • Simple will – $500

  • Couple wills – $800

  • Enduring power of attorney (short form) – $300

  • Simple will + enduring power of attorney – $700

  • Couple wills + enduring powers of attorney – $1,200

  • Reverse mortgage independent legal advice and certificate – $400 single / $500 couple

Neighbour, Debt & Tenancy Disputes

  • Letter of demand – $325

  • Dividing fence notice – $400

  • Tree dispute letter – $400

  • Minor debt recovery – $700

  • Landlord tenancy dispute – $650

  • Body corporate dispute – $750

  • QCAT application package – $900
