I have over 30 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Native Title, Intellectual Property, and other areas of law. Throughout my career, I have conducted trials and appeals across most jurisdictions in Australia, earning a reputation for thoroughness and dedication to justice. My practice offers a wide range of legal services tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
A significant focus of my work has been in Native Title law and advocating for the rights of First Nations peoples. I am deeply committed to ensuring justice, fairness, and respect for the land rights and cultural heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. This advocacy drives much of my practice, as I work tirelessly to navigate complex legal challenges and support lasting, meaningful outcomes.
As a proud Queenslander, I bring the same passion and commitment to my personal life. When I’m not advocating for my clients, I enjoy playing golf and tennis, spending quality time with my family, and cheering on the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL.

I have a diverse background in media and communications, with extensive experience working across various government departments. While my expertise is predominantly in the natural resources sector, I have also contributed to fields such as Land and Titles, Health, Transport, Economic Development, Primary Industries, Regional Manufacturing, Housing, and several other areas, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to my work.
Academically, I pursued a Juris Doctor and found immense fulfilment in practising as a solicitor. I take pride in advocating for the rights of others, ensuring that my clients feel supported and empowered throughout their legal journey.
